I am dreaming of all things fluorescent right now. You can see a hint of them everywhere from jackets to trousers to the heels on certain shoes from the spring and summer collections. I love this woman’s bright fluorescent coat. I do not think it is a cape coat but as with many fashion lovers, she is wearing it like a cape. With her giant framed sunglasses, she looks sophisticated and interesting.
