Backstage at Christopher Raeburn AW17 at London Fashion Week Men’s

So I thought I would share some of the things I saw backstage at Christopher’s autumn/winter show. Obtaining fabrics from sustainable sources such as used uniforms, blankets and camouflage jackets plays a key role in this collection, with the aim being to explore the process of deconstruction and reconstruction. Approximately 30 percent of garments came from his REMADE line and every single piece in the collection is made in Raeburn’s East London Remade studio. If you wondered what sustainable, remade clothes can look like, well look and wonder no longer because what Christopher has done here is show how recycled clothes can look extremely fashionable.
