This was perhaps my favourite London Fashion Week ever – mainly because I did not exhaust myself and learnt not to take on too much. Best move I ever made, as it enabled me to have more breathing space and enjoy all the moments I had there, including catching up with many of my friends I had not seen in months, and exploring the designer showrooms more thoroughly. Believe it or not, I had cut down heavily on parties as well and only went to a couple, and that’s not enough I drank just twice in the five days I spent there. My body and mind thanked me for it.

About the outfit: I have a little confession to make. I do not like wearing my jacket unfastened. Ever. The only reason why I am wearing it open in these photos, is quite simply because… can you guess? The button snapped. Ugh. That reminds me, I need to carry a mini sewing kit with me everywhere I go – like the kind you find in hotels. The beautiful purple bag I am wearing is fully handmade in Britain by Brit-Stitch (brit-stitch.com). The size is quite perfect – just about big enough to carry my camera.
