One of my favourite restaurants in Liverpool is Browns at the retail and leisure destination, Liverpool ONE. From the moment you walk in, you know you are in a classy little place with its charming interior, and members of staff very smartly dressed, wearing green ties. We were made to feel welcome straight away, and thankfully we did not have to queue either. I was relieved to find that it was not noisy inside. The service is impeccable. I ate with friends and I liked how we all received our dishes around the same time. I think it’s terrible one person is given his/her meal and then the others in the group are made to wait several minutes before they get theirs. The food itself not only looked appetizing but tasted really quite delicious.
Every single member of staff gave me a smile as they walked past, even if they were serving other customers. That is exactly how it should in a dining venue. Browns is such a cozy place, I feel right at home there.
