The re-launch of the H&M store on Oxford Circus took place a little over 2 weeks ago, with a brand new look across six floors. During my visit, there were times when I could not quite believe I was standing inside an H&M store. A few sections – for instance the lounge, and shoe lounge made it feel more like I was standing inside a high end luxury store. The floors are more spacious and I remember the time when this branch only had three floors – God knows where they managed to find three extra floors from. It’s not just female shoppers who benefit either as the men’s floor (basement) is simply gigantic. The lounge, on the fourth floor provides a place of relaxation with comfortable padded seats and free wi-fi is also provided throughout the store. My goodness, H&M has really stepped up its game on the high street over the last 2 years.
