Whistles x GQ Menswear Launch Party

WHO: Pixie Lott, Darren Kennedy, Will Best, Jim Chapman, Harriet Verney, Lou Dalton, Kimberley Garner, Jess Morris, Laura Jackson and Tanya Hughes.

WHAT: The launch party for Whistle’s first menswear collection.

WHEN: Wednesday 10th September 2014.

The wait has been a while but there are some things that are well worth waiting for, and in this case it’s the launch of Whistles’ first menswear collection, which is now officially launched and available to buy. Last night’s party in Soho was something really special. It started strongly at 6.30pm and just got busier as the evening grew older. The venue was quite an interesting choice as three floors were used for the event – all of them brilliant fun. One busy floor was just filled with guests mingling over drinks and DJs, another floor was the dance floor were people boogied for hours. The top floor served food and also involved some Instagram fun as the party crowd printed off photos of themselves taken there and then. There is no better way to end the day than to dance till the very end, and when it was time to go, we all made some noise and request for one last song.

The press officers from Whistles were absolute darlings – made me feel so welcome, high-fived me and had me dance with them. A memorable night. Thank you, Whistles!

A few months ago, I blogged about Whistles’ AW14 menswear press day. You can see that post by clicking here. Below you will also find a mini video showing the dancing from last night’s party.
